What does the Love of God mean to you? What comes to your mind when you hear the love of God? Did you know that God’s love for us is very personal? So personal that if you were the only one on Earth Jesus would have still died for you.
To really appreciate this personal love of God requires that you identify and consciously build your personal relationship with God. Just like you will spend the time and effort to engage, communicate and be with another person you love and want to be with.
His arms are wide open and ever ready. You have to draw near unto Him. How you may ask? Talk to Him, like you would any other person, involve Him in your life, appreciate Him and His presence in your life, think about Him; in fact say sweet things to Him “vibe Him”. Trust Him and don’t turn away from Him, irrespective of what happens in your life.
The Bible is a story of Love. God’s love towards us. It is littered with God’s love notes and promises towards us. Constantly remind yourself of them. Some examples in include:

See how very much our heavenly Father loves us, for he allows us to be called his children–think of it-and we really are! But since most people don’t know God, naturally they don’t understand that we are his children.

2 Corinthians 9:8 (AMP)

John 16:27 (LIV)
for the Father himself loves you dearly because you love me and believe that I came from the Father.
